Service Policies

Stained Items: For clothing with pet odors, incontinence, or heavy stains, a $10.00 - $30.00 treatment fee may be applied at our discretion.

Bed Bug Policy: We reserve the right to refuse service for items with bed bugs. If identified during processing, a $100.00 sanitization fee applies.

To ensure the longevity of your fabrics, all items must be machine washable. Our professional wash and fold process is designed for a deep clean so you can get back to the lake. We cannot accept dry clean only or hand-wash garments at this time.
