How It Works

From Your Door to Ours & Back

Schedule & Prepare

Create an account and select a daily pickup window. Morning (8–10 AM) and Evening (4–6 PM). Enter in your laundry preferences. We do the sorting for you! Place dirty laundry into disposable bags. We recommend using a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag—it typically holds 15–20 pounds of laundry and works perfectly. Recurring customers will receive a complimentary reusable laundry bag to use for future orders.

We Pickup

Our driver will text you when they are on the way. You don't need to be home; just leave the bags securely.

Professional Clean

We do the sorting for you! Separating clothing into whites, lights, and darks. We use Speed Queen machines with the Pro+Aqua water system, for quality you can feel. Plus your choice of Tide, Downy and eco-friendly detergents.

Delivered Fresh

Your clothes are returned promptly within 24 hours neatly folded, or hung. Ready to be put away.

All items must be machine-washable. We do not accept damaged clothing; all buttons and fasteners must be securely attached. We do not offer dry cleaning services. Small stains are spot-treated, though removal is not guaranteed. Please bag stained items separately and note the cause of the spill to help us choose the best treatment. Button-ups, blouses, and small items will be steamed or ironed as material permits and as needed. Management reserves the right to refuse service for any item at their discretion. Additional fees may apply based on specific service needs.

We neatly fold all standard items. Button-ups, dresses, and blouses are hung on hangers. We can vacuum seal large items for seasonal storage upon request to save you space.
